I wanted to write to thank you for the excellent service I have received over the past few months. I came in with a problem with my neck and shoulder which was the primary focus of my treatment. However, Mrs Wong did more than just focus on the immediate issue and approached my treatment in a more holistic way. This all encompassing approach has made me more aware of my posture and how I move and how these things connect. I have felt much better equipped to take a moment to check my posture or think about how to move, bend and lift in a better way and try to move away from the bad habits I have got into. I really appreciate the treatment and advice she has given me and cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you.
