We normally book a 45 minute session for your first appointment, this is to allow sufficient time to get a full picture of your problem, formulate a treatment plan and begin your treatment. Should you only use a 30 minute slot then you will only be charged our 30 minute cost. Follow up appointments are usually booked for 30 minutes. If you have complex problems then you may require a 60 minute appointment which is charged at £116.

At your first appointment your physiotherapist will want to undertake a full assessment of your problem, this may require you to undress depending on which part of your body is to be examined and treated. Many patients attend wearing sports clothing. Please telephone the clinic for specific advice if you are uncertain.

You may pay for your appointment with cash or credit/debit card (NOT American Express). If you have provided us with your insurance company details (AXA PPP and WPA only) and a claim/authorisation number we will bill your insurance company directly. Please check your policy terms and conditions with your Private Medical Health Insurer as in most cases you will be liable to pay any insurance excess directly to Physio2go Ltd. (even where the policy is provided as a benefit by your employer).

We offer direct settlement with the following insurance companies - AXA PPP (provider no.ZZ00968) and WPA. If your insurance is with another provider, we are happy to provide you with a receipted invoice when you pay us so that you can claim reimbursement from your insurer if your policy allows.

If you are unable to attend an appointment then please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your appointment or to rearrange for another time. We would appreciate 24 hours notice and reserve the right to charge for an appointment not cancelled within this time. You will not be charged if we are able to rebook the cancelled appointment time to another patient.
